Dr. Pennington is the founder and CEO of preTRIALDX. His background spans two decades as a practicing physician assistant, twelve years in academia as a Department Chair and Associate Dean, and as an active health policy researcher.

Dr. Pennington continues to practice in primary care and has extensive experience in the start-up space guiding a digital health company on the creation of both a virtual primary care and virtual mental health program. Along with a doctoral degree in health policy, he is currently a 2L in law school in order to gain a deeper understanding of how the intersection of law and medicine come together to provide benefit to the most people possible. He is passionate about helping people achieve their fullest potential and to educate clients on their best path forward.
